Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Ongil ("we") and you in connection with the game Dungeon Streamer (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • The mobile version is free and supported by rewarded ads.
  • We may improve or change the Service's content, gates, story, and features.
  • We strive to keep the Service available, but it may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, outages, or force majeure.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Ads and In-Game Currency

  • The Service shows rewarded ads only, and only when you choose to watch one. Watching may grant in-game rewards such as a revive, a potion, or extra stream earnings.
  • In-game subscribers, viewers, donations, money, and other progress have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

4. Fictional Streaming Content

All streaming platforms, viewers, chat, donations, sponsors, characters, and places in the game are fictional and are not affiliated with any real service, organization, or person.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise abuse the Service
  • Use bots, hacks, cheats, or other tools to manipulate leaderboards or disrupt the Service
  • Manipulate the ad system or generate invalid traffic
  • Violate applicable laws or these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including graphics, design, code, music, and trademarks, belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Game Progress

Game progress is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the app or change or reset your device; we cannot restore it and are not responsible for such loss.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable in connection with this free Service.
  • Use of third-party services (ads, Game Center) is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms when necessary and will post changes on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under applicable law.
